TOM ZULAWSKI

Owner | Lead Designer

Tom comes from a family of residential builders and spent his early life building and remodeling homes with his family. He has worked nation-wide designing everything from comfy beach homes to urban high-end projects in both the residential and commercial spaces. For the past six years, ZDesign, Tom’s company, has become the top interior design firm the Buffalo NY Market.

Tom’s personal style is always present in his projects, whether he is designing an oceanfront beach home, a 150-year-old row house, or a high rise ultra modern condo. Bringing the interior and exterior together, large open concept entertaining areas, and cozy intimate spaces bring Tom’s projects to another level of design.


GENIE FRANCIS

Designer | Consultant

Most well know for playing “Laura Spencer” on General Hospital, Genie was the better half of the “Laura and Luke” couple whose wedding pulled nearly 30 million viewers to daytime television. Adorable, spunky and a recent empty nester, Genie has always had a passion for design. When she’s not acting, she’s decorating and redesigning every home she and her family have shared.

Her passion for design led her to Maine where she opened a retail home accessory business specializing in unique, one-of a kind antiques and items that would make any home pop. She and Tom share the philosophy that every home should be designed with the functionality and needs of the individuals who will live in and will love the space.


JOE MERINGOLO

Construction Manager

As President and Owner of JSM Project Management, Joe Meringolo strategically aligns design vision with effective and efficient project management and construction execution. JSM is an independent firm built for and dedicated to creating a better journey for all stakeholders. Under Joe’s leadership, the client’s vision for a project is brought to reality and delivered on with consistent and exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail.
Meringolo has been in the construction and project management industry for over 25 years, which has included performing award-winning work across multiple industries. Growing up as a carpenter, attention to detail and a steely work ethic are centerpieces to a career that has grown through all stages of the construction and project management fields. Meringolo has managed projects ranging in budget and scope from $10,000 to over $30 million.
